These Terms of Use govern your use of profeai.education, our courses and the ProfeAI AI Tools (together, the “Service”), operated by GnJ Business LLC (“ProfeAI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
The Service is for educators — teachers and school staff — who are 18 years of age or older. It is not for students. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@profeai.education if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Student information
Do not enter personally identifiable student information in the Service — including real student names, student IDs, grades, or other education records. This applies to chats and to reference documents you upload. Use aliases or general descriptions. If your school needs to work with student data, contact us first.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, discriminatory or deceptive.
- Do not try to break, probe or overload the Service, bypass usage limits, or access other users’ data.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service or its output as a competing product.
5. AI-generated content
The AI proposes; you decide. AI output can contain errors, bias or outdated information and is provided as a draft to support your professional judgment. Review and adapt all materials before using them with students. You are responsible for how you use the output.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit and of the materials you create with the Service. You give us a limited permission to process your content only as needed to operate and secure the Service and to provide the responses and features you request.
7. Our content and brand
The Service, courses, videos, frameworks (including the CHAIN Method), software, design and the ProfeAI name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own professional development and teaching. You may not copy or redistribute course materials without our written permission.
8. Beta and availability
AI Tools are offered as a free beta. Features, limits (such as a daily number of new chats) and availability may change, and the Service may be interrupted. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. Paid courses
Paid products are subject to the price and any refund terms shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services you reach through links.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not provide legal, compliance or professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GnJ Business LLC and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California have jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new date, and we may ask you to accept it again. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Estos Términos de Uso rigen tu uso de profeai.education, nuestros cursos y las Herramientas IA de ProfeAI (en conjunto, el «Servicio»), operados por GnJ Business LLC («ProfeAI», «nosotros»). Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio aceptas estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad.
1. Elegibilidad
El Servicio es para educadores — docentes y personal escolar — que tengan 18 años o más. No es para estudiantes. Al crear una cuenta confirmas que tienes al menos 18 años.
2. Tu cuenta
Proporciona información veraz y protege tu contraseña. Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta. Avísanos en hello@profeai.education si sospechas un uso no autorizado.
3. Información de estudiantes
No ingreses información que identifique a estudiantes en el Servicio — incluidos nombres reales, matrículas, calificaciones u otros expedientes educativos. Esto aplica a los chats y a los documentos de referencia que subas. Usa alias o descripciones generales. Si tu escuela necesita trabajar con datos de estudiantes, contáctanos primero.
4. Uso aceptable
- No uses el Servicio para nada ilegal, dañino, de acoso, discriminatorio o engañoso.
- No intentes vulnerar, sondear ni sobrecargar el Servicio, evadir los límites de uso ni acceder a datos de otros usuarios.
- No subas contenido que no tengas derecho a usar.
- No revendas ni redistribuyas el Servicio ni sus resultados como un producto competidor.
5. Contenido generado por IA
La IA propone; tú decides. Los resultados de la IA pueden contener errores, sesgos o información desactualizada y se ofrecen como borrador para apoyar tu criterio profesional. Revisa y adapta todos los materiales antes de usarlos con estudiantes. Eres responsable del uso que hagas de los resultados.
6. Tu contenido
Conservas la propiedad del contenido que envías y de los materiales que creas con el Servicio. Nos das un permiso limitado para procesar tu contenido solo según sea necesario para operar y proteger el Servicio y para darte las respuestas y funciones que solicitas.
7. Nuestro contenido y marca
El Servicio, los cursos, videos, marcos de trabajo (incluido el Método CHAIN), software, diseño y el nombre y logotipo de ProfeAI son nuestros o de nuestros licenciantes. Te damos una licencia personal e intransferible para usarlos en tu desarrollo profesional y tu enseñanza. No puedes copiar ni redistribuir materiales de los cursos sin nuestro permiso por escrito.
8. Beta y disponibilidad
Las Herramientas IA se ofrecen como beta gratuita. Las funciones, los límites (como un número diario de chats nuevos) y la disponibilidad pueden cambiar, y el Servicio puede interrumpirse. Podemos modificar o descontinuar funciones en cualquier momento.
9. Cursos de pago
Los productos de pago están sujetos al precio y a las condiciones de reembolso mostradas al momento de la compra. Los pagos los procesa Stripe.
10. Servicios de terceros
El Servicio depende de proveedores externos (ver la Política de Privacidad). No somos responsables de sitios o servicios de terceros a los que accedas mediante enlaces.
11. Exención de garantías
El Servicio se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas exactitud, idoneidad para un fin particular y no infracción. No brindamos asesoría legal, de cumplimiento ni profesional.
12. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, GnJ Business LLC y sus propietarios no serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de datos o ganancias, derivados de tu uso del Servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo se limita al monto que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses previos al reclamo, o US$100 si no pagaste nada.
13. Suspensión y terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio y pedirnos eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si incumples estos Términos o si es necesario para proteger el Servicio o a otros usuarios.
14. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California, EE. UU., sin considerar sus normas de conflicto de leyes. Los tribunales ubicados en California tienen jurisdicción, salvo que la ley disponga otra cosa.
15. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la nueva versión con una nueva fecha y podemos pedirte que la aceptes de nuevo. Seguir usando el Servicio después de los cambios significa que los aceptas.
